Bologna Elettrica is an electronic and experimental music festival born with the intention of connecting the various realities of the musical underground of the city of Bologna (Italy). An opportunity for contact and support between labels, producers and lovers in the historic setting of the self-managed public space XM24, a symbol of sharing, interaction and integration. The event also and above all had the intention to intervene in the discussion on this type of spaces, indispensable and necessary for the city and under heavy attack in recent years. An attempt based on the need to create community, a direct connection, an exchange of informations from the bottom that allows to grow together within the collective context. The first three editions were held in the historic headquarters in via fioravanti 24, cleared by bulldozers on 6 August 2019.
